Adminstrative Manager

Pueblo, CO | Full-Time | Day shift
Salary: $62,000 – $100,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

As the Administrative Manager, you will:

  • Manage daily office operations and supervise administrative staff
  • Serve as Clerk to the Board of Directors (meeting prep, minutes, compliance)
  • Administer employee benefits and payroll
  • Oversee records management (digital and paper) and ensure retention compliance
  • Manage internal IT systems and vendor coordination
  • Coordinate insurance, risk, and safety programs
  • Support the Executive Director with strategy, planning, and internal communication
  • Lead the development and implementation of office policies and procedures
  • Maintain and update the District’s internal and external websites

Required:

  • Associate’s degree or certificate
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative or office management
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Valid Colorado Class R driver’s license

Preferred:

  • Experience in government, nonprofit, or special district operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and web-based systems
  • Additional relevant training or education
